Application

Application:

The function of the pressure relief valve is used for adjusting the pressure or vacuum of high pressure blowers, using T-connector to connect the relief valve on the inlet or outlet pipe, relief valve can release the excessive pressure (or vacuum), to protect the blower work properly.

Components and operation principle:

Relief Valve is constituted by plastic casing, sealing crown sheet, spring, crown sheet briquetting, adjusting screw plunger. Through locking or loosening the pressure adjusting screw plunger to make the crown sheet compress or release screw, then the spring out of shape to some extent. When the pressure is greater than the spring`s deformation force, the sealing crown sheet will be opened, to release the excessive volume to maintain the system pressure in the adjusting range, then protect the blower.


Installation:
When blower using pressure:
The direction of arrow on the relief valve shows the flow of air, when using positive pressure installment, arrow up.
Relief valve through releasing volume to reduce pressure, but the max releasing volume is 210m3/h, you need to install 2 or more than 2 relief valves, when using high-power, high flow, double stage high pressure blower.
The inner screw plunger is used for adjusting the pressure of relief valve, locking screw plunger clockwise means turn up the pressure, loosening screw plunger means turn down the pressure.
 
When blower using Vacuum:
The direction of arrow on the relief valve shows the flow of air, when using negative pressure installment, arrow down.
Relief valve through releasing volume to reduce pressure, but the max releasing volume is 210m3/h, you need to install 2 or more than 2 relief valves, when using high-power, high flow, double stage high pressure blower.
The inner screw plunger is used for adjusting the pressure of relief valve, locking screw plunger clockwise means turn up the vacuum, loosening screw plunger means turn down the vacuum.


How to adjust it?

Blowers power on operating ( please operating by the arrow direction on the blower cover)
When using pressure, please block off the outlet completely, then the pressure gage will show the working pressure, then the showing pressure greater than the rated pressure, we can use screwdriver back-out the screw plungeranticlockwise, when backing-out, we should watching the change of pressure gage, until the pressure gage decrease to smaller than blowers` rated pressure 2~4kpa. When the showing pressure is smaller than blowers` rated pressure, we can use screwdriver locking the screw plunger, when locking, we should watching the change of pressure gage, until the pressure gage increase to smaller than blowers` rated pressure 2~4kpa.

When using vacuum, please block off the inlet completely, then the vacuum gage will show the working pressure, then the showing pressure greater than the rated pressure, we should remove the relief valve from the pipe, then use screwdriver back-out the screw plunger anticlockwise and reload the relief valve to the pipe and watch the pressure on the vacuum gage, until the showing pressure decrease to smaller than blowers` rated pressure 2~4kpa. When the showing pressure is smaller than blowers` rated pressure, we should remove the relief valve from the pipe, then use screwdriver locking the screw plunger and reload the relief valve to the pipe, when locking, we should watching the change of pressure gage, until the showing pressure is smaller than blowers` rated pressure 2~4kpa.
